Buyers Premium - 15%

With a low buyers premium of 15% on the fall of the hammer and no VAT to pay we really are good value for money. We accept telephone and absentee bids all you have to do is register to bid.

Sellers fees 15%

One of the lowest sellers fees in East Anglia with no advanced lotting charges or reserve fees. You only pay the 15% on the price on the fall of the hammer with no VAT charged.

Buyer Terms and conditions:


1. The buyer must satisfy themselves as to the physical condition and description before submitting your bid. Items are sold as seen.


2. Absentee bidders can request a condition report and we will provide an honest appraisal of the items condition.


3. We do not hold ourselves to be experts and accept no responsibility for any written or oral opinion that may be given.


4. If a purchase is subsequently effected – viewed or not viewed – full liability as to the price, condition, authenticity and suitability is that of the purchaser. By submitting a bid, without attending the salerooms in person or by proxy, you will be deemed to have waived all rights under distance selling regulations.


5. All items must be paid for and collected from the sale room on the sale day, if you do not do so there is a subsequent storage charge of £3 per day until the item is collected.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Seller Terms and conditions:

 

1. The seller must satisfy will need to register with R & R Suffolk auctions in order to sell through our sale room.

 

 

2. Items estimates and reserves will be discussed before acceptance into the sale, we do not usually take in furniture, weapons or electrical items due to the nature of the pop up auction.

 

 

3. We do not hold ourselves to be experts and accept no responsibility for any written or oral opinion that may be given. We will update the catalogue and it is at the discretion of the management team as to the level of advertisement allocated to your items. Any images taken of your items for our sale are the property of R & R Suffolk auctions.

 

4. You will be notified if your items do not sell and you will need to collect them at the end of the sale day between 13:00 – 17:00, if you do not do so there is a subsequent storage charge of £3 per day until the item is collected.

 

5. All payments are subject to card payment clearance check and will be paid out within 10 working days of the conclusion of the sale. 

 

6. Payments can be paid out as cash, BAC transfer or cheque (charges apply)
